Atlantic Achilles Tang (Acanthurus monroviae) come from the coast of West Africa. They rarely make it into the trade, so are a great find for the tang enthusiast.
Like all Acanthurus tangs, Atlantic Achilles Tang (Acanthurus monroviae) grow quite large (up to 18") so a large tank will ultimately be needed.
Feed lots of vegetable matter (nori, spirulina) and unless your tank is quite large, 240 gallons, it's best to only keep one species of acanthurus tank in your tank.
